Refunds or cancellation.
Refunds or cancellations of a project are only applicable in extreme cases on the part of the buyer and in situations where I am unable to complete the commission.・Before starting: full refund・Sketch stage: 70%*After coloring or line art: No refunds*Negotiable.
Use of commissions
I have the right to post work in my portfolio/socials and an extra fee must be paid to maintaining an NDA.・Personal use includes icons, banners, overlays, and posting online with proper credit.・Any kind of monetized projects, promotional material, merchandise or situation where you earn money using the art counts as Commercial Use.
Process
・Usually takes from 2 Weeks to 2 Month.・One major revision is included at each stage of the commission.・Discuss deadlines before commissioning・I am NOT responsible if you lose the file.
